Tanzania’s sustainable conservation and community development believe that the protection of the environment and wildlife depends heavily on good governance and management. We build the capacity of the management and governance teams to manage the natural resources of the community so that they can transparently manage. The success of community-based conservation depends on highly strong management and governance. Increasing Community involvement in managing and developing solutions for their business makes them value it by understanding where they are, and what they aim to. Stakeholders’ participation will be the key to build equitable governance at the community level and help to promote sustainable natural resources management and utilization for the benefit of all.
